We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist who excels in precision, follow-through, and clear communication. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting internal teams and maintaining strong customer relationship


Essential Job Functions

  • Accurately enter and process purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Diligently follow purchase orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that delay timely processing
  • Answer incoming calls in support of sales team, customers, and suppliers
  • Support the company’s administrative staff in a variety of general office and clerical tasks
  • Communicate and follow up effectively with all departments regarding customer orders
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with account contacts to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer problems or concerns in a manner that meets the expectations of the customer while at the same time considering the impact to the company
  • Maintain data and control documents required to ensure orders can be accurately processed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Associates degree in business or equivalent (preferred) 
  • 1-2 years clerical/administrative experience (preferred)
  • NetSuite Experience a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
