Description
Summary: The Team Lead coordinates the daily operations of a subcontracted team.
Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily team activities
- Develop additional leadership opportunities with Senior Team Lead and NEWS leadership
- Provide direct, interactive support, instruction and training
- Attend periodic meetings with Senior Team Lead and/or NEWS leadership
- Communicate directly with Senior Team Lead, site contacts and other personnel
- Troubleshoot, report, or correct maintenance issues
- Support, coach, and model for employees to ensure tasks are performed according to customer specifications
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned
Requirements
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to assess and maintain multiple schedules
- Passion for problem solving and designing solutions
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Experience in guiding and overseeing a group of people
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sustained activity including standing, walking (additional moving, navigating)
- Light lifting (2 – 20 lbs.)
Salary Description
$15-$17/hr
