- Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans to meet branch goals and metrics.
- Manage the branch budget and allocate funds appropriately to optimize performance and profitability.
- Foster a high-performing team by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation to branch personnel.
- Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that address challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs.

Requirements
- Proven branch management experience, ideally in a leadership role in a related industry, such as construction, building materials, or similar.
