Description
We are seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and help drive a positive, well-organized employee experience. This hands-on role partners closely with leadership and employees, with responsibilities spanning recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance support, and company culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Partner with COO to support effective, timely hiring decisions.
- Represent the agency at college career fairs and recruiting events.
- Coordinate and support the Summer Internship Program alongside department leaders.
Onboarding & Employee Support
- Coordinate background checks, onboarding documentation, and new hire setup.
- Facilitate onboarding communications and ensure a smooth first-day experience.
- Maintain onboarding materials and employee records.
Performance & Employee Relations
- Support performance review cycles and related documentation.
- Assist directors with performance improvement plans and employee relations matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate HR records.
Culture & Engagement
- Support company events, engagement initiatives, and employee surveys.
- Assist with general HR and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
