OUTPATIENT PHYSICAL THERAPIST / $17,000 Bonus Potential

Recovia, LLC is seeking a PHYSICAL THERAPIST for our PT Owned Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic in Estrella, a suburb of Phoenix.

You’ll provide individual 1:1 treatment, create tailored treatment plans, and help patients overcome persistent pain, reduced function, and medical deconditioning.  This is truly a biopsychosocial approach as we work with Nurse Practitioners, Counselors, Physical Therapists and PTAs.

Along with a Very Competitive Salary, we offer:

• $12,000/yr or $1,000/mo Bonus Potential based on productivity, which is paid out monthly!

• 1:1 Treatments for 1 hour
• Work 8-5 or 9-6 with 1 hour for lunch
