Job Summary
As an Operations Manager In-Training, you will receive hands-on training across all levels of the business. This role is designed to fast-track you through the following progression:
Customer Experience Leader ? Certified Sales Leader ? Senior Sales Leader ? Operations Manager
Once fully trained, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional service delivery, and manage a team of drivers and crew members. Your leadership will play a key role in maintaining company standards and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficient, safe, and professional junk removal services
- Lead, train, and motivate drivers and crew members both on-site and in the field
- Monitor and improve operational performance and customer satisfaction metrics
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Manage fleet, equipment, and inventory while ensuring maintenance and compliance
- Collaborate with marketing to support local outreach and customer acquisition
- Review financial reports and assist with budgeting and cost control
- Work hands-on in trucks and on job sites as needed
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in logistics, sales, dispatch, fleet management, KPIs, and/or leadership
- 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license (insurance requirement)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational software
- Enjoys engaging with residential and commercial customers on-site
