Position Summary
Line Cooks support daily kitchen operations by preparing high-quality food items, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and executing dishes to established standards. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced culinary setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with food prep, station setup, and service execution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team members
- Support à la carte service, banquets, and special events as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable kitchen position and setting
- Working knowledge of kitchen operations, tools, and equipment
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
