Job Summary
The Valet provides a welcoming and efficient service to all Club members and guests by parking vehicles and assisting with their needs upon arrival and departure. The Valet is courteous, professional, and attentive to detail, ensuring that every interaction enhances the overall Club experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greets members and guests with a warm smile, assisting them in and out of their vehicles. Opens the Club’s front door and extends a welcoming atmosphere to everyone entering or exiting the premises.
- Safely parks and retrieves vehicles for members and guests, ensuring their cars are treated with care. Is prompt and efficient while maintaining high safety standards.
- Assists members and guests by carrying packages, wine, to-go food, or other items to their cars. For to-go orders left at the front door, delivers them directly to the member’s car whenever possible, so they don’t have to leave their vehicle.
- Assists in summoning taxis, Uber, or Lyft for members or guests as needed, ensuring timely service for those needing transportation.
- Maintains a watchful eye on the Club’s parking areas and surroundings and reports any suspicious individuals or vehicles to management to ensure the safety and security of the property.
- Ensures that the Club’s entrance always remains clean and safe.
- During rain or wet weather, use towels to dry off car seats before members and guests get in.
- Offers guidance to members and guests, directing them to the appropriate rooms or areas within the Club.
- Follows CCM mission and values, including providing the best quality service possible. “Service with a Smile” is a key element in providing a positive experience.

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc., of the Club’s operations.
- Must be available for emergency and scheduled work requirements on evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts and overtime if necessary.
- Must be punctual and work the set schedule.
- Must always be in clean, neat uniform and wearing a name tag.
Education and Experience:
- Must have a valid Alabama driver’s license with a clean (no tickets) driving record.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of time standing and frequent bending.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times, with or without accommodation.
Salary Description
$13-$14.50/hour
