We are seeking a dependable Night Operations Technician or “Watchman” to support after-hours operations at our leather tannery. This is not a security-only role. While basic facility monitoring is part of the job, this position carries real responsibility for operating equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring the tannery is prepared for daily production.
This role is best suited for someone who prefers working nights and weekends, is comfortable working independently, and is interested in earning additional income through overtime and holiday work.

Schedule Expectations
Our preferred candidate will be able to work the following consistent overnight schedule:
- Wednesday–Friday: 12:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- Saturday: 12:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
(Approximately 41 hours/week)
This role works every weekend (except during approved vacation). Additional hours are required to cover holidays and long weekends when production is paused.
Holiday coverage includes:
New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & the following day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Because overtime and holiday hours are paid at premium rates, this position is ideal for someone who prefers working additional hours and holidays to increase earnings, rather than prioritizing holidays off.
