**Position is on-site in Irving, TX**
Job Purpose:
The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for forecasting demand and placing orders to maintain inventory levels, collaborating with various departments to improve order fulfillment, creating and reviewing Bill of Materials, working with the new product development team to set up new items, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors while negotiating favorable terms.

Summary of Essential Job Duties:
- Review and process invoices/credit memos from the RNI.
- Clarify any questionable invoices, items or charges related to inventory and freight.
- Monitor incoming invoices and credits, open payments on the account, and perform account reconciliations as needed.
- Independently research and make determinations on issues including reviewing historical activity, interacting with vendors and internal teams, payment applications and account reconciliations.
- International freight master reconciliation; reviewing for completed invoices and managing information flow to outsource team.
- Value entry review to ensure correct purchase receipts have been selected and invoices are allocated correctly by item dimensions.
- Review and apply factory payments on a weekly basis based on assigned vendors.
- Respond to and handle all daily email communications with assigned vendors within 48 hours.
- Month end duties including accruals for freight and inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or 3 years of experience in relevant field
- Excellent decision-making skills; critical thinker by nature with great attention to detail
- Experience with Accounts Receivable and accounting software
- Prior experience working with Amazon and Walmart Customer Portals a plus
- Sound knowledge of inventory / supply chain processes and procedures including manufacturing planning, demand and replenishment processes.
