Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Adult Foster Care Program Coordinator to oversee and manage our adult foster care programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, experience in program development, and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves coordinating services, supervising staff, managing relationships with clients and families, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards to promote quality care and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate adult foster care programs that meet the needs of clients with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise and support foster care providers, ensuring adherence to program policies and quality standards.
• Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, and regulatory agencies to facilitate effective service delivery.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements, health regulations, and behavioral health standards relevant to adult foster care services.
• Coordinate intake assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor client progress regularly.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client records, incident reports, and program activities for auditing purposes.

Experience

• Proven management experience in social work or program management within adult foster care or related settings.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement programs tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervisory experience overseeing staff teams in a healthcare or social services environment.
• Strong background in relationship management with clients, families, community organizations, and regulatory bodies.
• Administrative experience including budgeting, documentation, and compliance tracking.
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles as they relate to adult foster care populations.
