Cornerstone Endodontics is seeking a skilled, compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional patient care. Our practice is built on a core belief: putting the patient’s needs first — and this principle guides everything we do.

The ideal candidate will have a natural drive to provide outstanding care, a strong attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during a variety of endodontic procedures.
• Create a welcoming and reassuring experience for patients from check-in through treatment.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, including instrument sterilization and organization, in accordance with office protocols.
• Take dental X-rays and diagnostic images as needed.
• Accurately complete patient charting and clinical documentation.
• Support front office or administrative tasks when needed using computer-based systems.

• 1+ years of Dental Assisting experience preferred. 
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred. We value a friendly, patient first attitude.
• Certification or associate degree in an accredited dental assisting program is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Proficiency with computer-based tasks. 
• Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude. 
• High school diploma or equivalent.
