Position Summary
We are seeking motivated and skilled Automotive Technicians at all experience levels—from Lube Technicians to Master Technicians. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Technician Levels & Responsibilities
Entry-Level / Lube Technician
- Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements)
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report findings
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Learn shop processes, tools, and repair procedures
- Work under supervision while building technical skills
Mid-Level / Certified Technician
- Perform mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, steering, and drivability concerns
- Diagnose basic electrical and engine performance issues
- Use diagnostic tools and repair information systems
- Complete work efficiently and accurately according to standards
- Recommend additional needed repairs or maintenance
Master / Senior Technician
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
- Perform advanced diagnostics using manufacturer-specific equipment
- Mentor and support junior technicians
- Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards
- Stay current with manufacturer training and certifications
Qualifications (Varies by Level)
- Automotive technical training preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Entry-Level: Willingness to learn and strong work ethic
- Mid-Level: ASE certifications and hands-on repair experience preferred
- Master Technician: Advanced certifications, manufacturer training, and extensive diagnostic experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and vehicles
