We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Writer to join our growing team. This role is the key connection between our customers and technicians, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and professional service experience from start to finish. 

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs
   
• Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
   
• Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics, repairs, and timelines
   
• Provide service estimates and obtain customer approvals
   
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
   
• Upsell maintenance and repair services ethically and professionally
   
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after repairs
   

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Writer / Service Advisor preferred
   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
   
• Basic automotive knowledge (diagnostics and repair terminology)
   
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
   
• Strong computer and POS system skills
   
• Valid driver’s license
