Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled customer service associate to work part-time (16-30 hours/week) in the Welcome Center at Chambers Creek. The ideal candidate will work weekends with an additional 1-2 days during the week. This role is responsible for assisting the sales function by welcoming and assisting guests, conducting tours of the community and providing administrative support, as needed. Must be outgoing, friendly, and good with people!
Responsibilities
• Create a warm and inviting first impression for all Chambers Creek visitors
• Showcase community amenities, lifestyle events, robust programming, and HOA benefits to prospective guests.
• Provide golf cart tours of the community as a part of the welcome center experience
• Maintain sales center appearance
• Distribute marketing collateral and community information to guests
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of our builders and their products to best serve our guests
• Assist in maintaining our CRM, as well as light work in our lot management software
• Perform related administrative duties, including answering the phone, answering questions, or directing calls to the appropriate person
• Provide timely responses to questions submitted to the community website
• Assist the Welcome Center Manager in maintaining sales & traffic reports that are provided to the development team
• Assist with Realtor relations efforts
• Help with community/realtor events, as needed
• Help keep track of inventory, spec homes, closings, etc.
• Must be able to work 2-3 weekends per month and as needed.
• Customer Service and/or sales experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Salary Description
• $18-$20/hour
