 What You'll Do:

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy aligned with patient goals and stage of care
• Educate and coach patients to build confidence, autonomy, and long-term success
• Own the full patient experience, including plan of care clarity and communication
• Collaborate within care teams and refer appropriately across EM services
• Document accurately and efficiently to support quality care and reimbursement
• Contribute to clinic efficiency through thoughtful scheduling, visit classification, and teamwork
• Participate in community events and initiatives that strengthen local connection

What We’re Looking For:

• Washington State Licensed Physical Therapist
• Passionate about helping people redefine what’s possible in their lives
• A team player who uplifts and challenges those around them
• Dedicated to building meaningful connections within the community
• Interest in integrative care and whole-person health
• Specialties or interest in Movement/Fitness, endurance sports, neuro, vestibular, or pelvic health are a plus but not required

Pay & Benefits (Full-Time, 35+ Hours/Week):

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $124,000
• Incentive Pay: Up to $24,000 annually
