Job Description
Matrix Basement Finishing is hiring an Appointment Setter / Call Center Account Executive to work in-office during our evening shift. This role focuses on calling homeowners who have expressed interest in basement remodeling, qualifying their needs, and scheduling appointments for our Design Consultants.
This position is ideal for individuals who perform best in the afternoon and evening hours and want a reliable base salary with strong commission potential.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound calls to homeowners using provided leads
- Qualify customer interest and project readiness
- Schedule appointments accurately in the CRM
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment goals
- Maintain professional, high-energy phone conversations
- Keep detailed and accurate customer notes
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to improve conversion rates
Pay & Benefits
- $40,000 base salary
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) up to $80,000
- Commission on appointments set
- Performance-based bonuses
- Commission on appointments set
Schedule Details
- In-office position
- 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM shift
- 6 days per week (one scheduled day off)

Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in call center, appointment setting, inside sales, or customer service preferred
- Confident phone presence and strong communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling
- Goal-oriented and dependable
- Basic computer skills; CRM experience a plus
