Southwind, owner and operator of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead daily junk removal operations in Allentown, PA! This hands-on leadership role focuses on team performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and routing
- Lead, coach, and develop field teams
- Ensure exceptional customer service and safety standards
- Track KPIs and drive operational improvements
- Work in office and field
Requirements:
- Operations or people management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
- Logistics or home services experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License
