The Role

You’re the first “wow” moment. As a Patient Sales Consultant, you’ll connect with new and returning patients, guide them through their options, and convert interest into booked consultations and treatment plans.


This is a high-touch, high-energy sales role for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to build trust while driving revenue. You’ll support both surgical and non-surgical services, helping patients feel confident, informed, and excited about their next steps.


What You’ll Do

Sales + Booking

Respond quickly to new leads and inbound calls (speed matters!)

Convert inquiries into booked consults and treatment appointments

Educate patients on services, pricing ranges, timing, and next steps

Follow up consistently and confidently to reduce lost opportunities

Help maintain full provider schedules and minimize waitlist gaps


Consultations + Treatment Planning

Conduct patient consultations to identify goals, concerns, and expectations

Create recommendations/treatment plans and communicate realistic outcomes

Support photo documentation and track progress when needed

Make the experience feel luxurious, clear, and personalized

 

Patient Experience + Coordination

Serve as a patient advocate and ensure every interaction feels exceptional

Ensure required forms, financial policies, and documentation are completed

Communicate with providers and team members to keep care seamless

Promote specials, events, and service offerings naturally and professionally

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of sales experience (aesthetics, healthcare, hospitality, or luxury service preferred)

Comfortable discussing both medspa and plastic surgery services

Confident communicator — professional, warm, persuasive, and patient-focused

Organized, fast-moving, and great at multitasking

Tech-friendly (EMR, scheduling software, basic office tools)

Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and delivering exceptional experiences
