Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Leadership

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing direction, prioritization, feedback, and coaching to ensure high quality execution, strong performance, and alignment with business goals.
  • Partner closely with the Sales and Marketing Director to develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with Quest CE growth goals.
  • Stay current on emerging digital and AI driven marketing tools and implement workflows that increase efficiency and performance

Email Marketing and Lifecycle Programs

  • Own end to end email marketing strategy including list growth, segmentation, automation, testing, and analytics
  • Design and manage lifecycle workflows focused on CRM data integrity, segmentation, and contact status management, ensuring leads and customers move through the funnel accurately and remain marketable, compliant, and actionable.
  • Continuously test and refine messaging, timing, and personalization to improve performance

Content and Brand

  • Lead development of blogs, articles, whitepapers, landing pages, and thought leadership content
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across all channels
  • Partner with the Multimedia and Graphic Designer on brand development, video storytelling, and creative consistency

Paid, Organic, and SEO

  • Partner with the Marketing Specialist to manage paid and organic social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
  • Provide feedback and guidance on social calendars to drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation
  • Monitor channel performance and optimize campaigns based on analytics and trends
  • Own SEO strategy including keyword research, on page optimization, content alignment, and performance tracking

Website and Enablement

  • Manage website maintenance, updates, and optimization focused on conversion and user experience
  • Oversee development of one pagers, proposals, and sales enablement materials
  • Ensure all collateral is current, on brand, and aligned with Quest CE value proposition

Events and Campaigns

  • Plan and support virtual webinars and in person conferences, including promotion, registration, and performance measurement
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure campaigns support broader business initiatives
Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven results across paid media, email, and SEO
  • Advanced experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience with email marketing and automation platforms such as HubSpot or similar
  • Strong background in marketing communications, content strategy, and demand generation
  • Demonstrated success leading integrated campaigns that blend brand storytelling with performance marketing
  • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social, retargeting, and email automation
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premier Pro, and After Effects a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, data driven environment with high ownership and accountability
