Position Summary
We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations at Lola’s Taco Bar. This role is responsible for culinary execution, team leadership, food quality, and cost control while maintaining a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in an energetic kitchen and takes ownership of both people and product.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all BOH operations, including prep, line execution, and service standards
- Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff to ensure consistency and growth
- Oversee menu execution while maintaining Lola’s flavor profiles and brand standards
- Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and waste control
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with ownership and operations on menu updates, specials, and kitchen systems
- Maintain a positive, accountable, and high-performing kitchen culture
Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications
