HyerTek is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365 for federal government clients. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll drive architecture decisions, mentor team members, and deliver complex implementations within the Microsoft ecosystem.

You'll serve as a technical lead on client engagements, working directly with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions that meet federal standards. This role is ideal for an experienced developer ready to own technical outcomes and shape how we deliver Power Platform solutions.

• Lead development of Power Apps (Model-Driven) applications and complex Dataverse implementations
• Architect and build Power Pages solutions for secure external and internal access
• Design and extend Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Service configurations including custom entities, workflows, business rules, and plugins
• Build advanced Power Automate flows including complex integrations and error handling patterns
• Develop PCF controls and custom connectors to extend platform capabilities
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services and external systems using REST APIs
• Lead Power BI reporting efforts tied to Dataverse and Dynamics 365 data
• Own solution packaging, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and lead implementation
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the Power Platform stack
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers on best practices and technical standards
• Drive technical documentation and lead Agile ceremonies as needed

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365
• Deep expertise with Power Apps (Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages
• Strong experience configuring and extending Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Service
• Advanced Power Fx skills and Dataverse data modeling expertise
• Experience building PCF controls or custom connectors
• Proven experience integrating solutions with Azure services and REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM for Power Platform
• Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#
• Experience leading technical delivery on client engagements
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage directly with stakeholders and translate technical concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service features including case management, queues, SLAs, and omnichannel 
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or AI Builder
• Experience with Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence toolkit
• Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600, MB-230)
• Prior experience delivering solutions in federal or DoD environments
• Experience mentoring developers or leading small technical teams

Salary Range

$135,000 – $165,000 annually, depending on experience, technical depth, and clearance status.
