ACI Coatings is looking for experienced painters to join the us and run a 2-3 man crew/van as a Lead Painter. We currently employee 45+ painters and are running 20+ crews to commercial and residential work all over eastern Washington and northern Idaho. We are looking for people with 5-10+ years of painting experience, painting large commercial buildings, and high-end custom homes. Airless Pump efficiency is required for all our lead painters. We are looking for someone with experience managing multiple other employees and planning out month long jobs by the day and week to ensure all deadlines are hit.

Advertised wage range is a starting point. ACI offers overtime, bonus pay, profit sharing and an extremely valuable benefits package. 

ACI Coatings works on many prevailing wage jobs where painters can make $40-50/hour. 

ACI Coatings also pays per diem and other hourly incentives for working on out of town projects.

SAFETY

• Complete basic safety training certifications listed for Apprentices.

• Quality Control all of your personal work & that of your team. Maintain excellent attendance.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & DAILY DELIVERABLES

• TOOLS: Be highly effective & efficient with an airless sprayer, sanders, drills & other various tools.
• COATINGS: Know the right product for the right job. Understand the basics of color therapy & have an advanced knowledge of all primers, Int/Ext paints & stains, & all basic base types.
• SPRAYERS: Advanced knowledge of sprayers & basic equipment repair & maintenance.

ACI QUALITY

• PREP: Set up all job sites with necessary equipment & supplies & do so, quickly & routinely.
• JOB BREAKDOWN: Thorough clean the job site & break down a sprayer to the ball.
• MARKET SEGMENT EXPERT: Residential Repairs, Small Commercial & Small Industrial
• APPLICATION: Cut & roll 300 sq-ft/hour, brush & roll doors, roll high gloss smooth wall, spray & back-roll interior, properly trim out exterior, basics of spraying an interior, basics of log home chinking & staining, advanced Int/Ext stain techniques, & paint & stain fiberglass doors.

MUST HAVE: Reliable transportation, VALID Driver’s License, Good Driving Record (No DUI's or Excessive Moving Violations).

MUST: Pass a drug test (excluding marijuana) and background check.
