Marketing Coordinator
Description

The Marketing Coordinator (Brand Assets & Operations) serves as the operational backbone of brand asset creation, organization, and distribution for Rock Global and its related brands. This role is responsible for ensuring that all marketing assets—digital and physical—are on-brand, current, accessible, and scalable across a multiple brands and internal teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Brand & Content, this position collaborates closely with brand & content, studio, and operations teams across locations. While the role includes hands-on asset creation, the primary focus is execution, consistency, and brand alignment, rather than creative concepting or campaign management. 


This is an ideal role for an early-career marketing professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident executing within evolving brand guidelines.

  

OUTCOMES: (What must get done and how will we measure success) 


Brand Asset Creation & Request Fulfillment (Primary Focus)

  • Serve as the primary owner of the brand asset request process, acting as the central point of contact for intake, prioritization, and execution of asset needs across teams
  • Manage incoming asset requests to ensure clarity of scope, timelines, and brand requirements prior to fulfillment
  • Create, update, and adapt marketing assets—including digital graphics, presentations, event materials, and internal brand resources—in alignment with established brand guidelines
  • Execute asset requests efficiently and consistently, balancing quality, accuracy, and turnaround time
  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding timelines, revisions, and asset delivery
  • Ensure all finalized assets are properly stored, labeled, and version-controlled within the centralized asset management system
  • Identify opportunities to improve asset templates, workflows, and repeatable resources to support scalable fulfillment

  

Central Asset Management 

  • Own and maintain the company’s existing centralized assets, ensuring assets are Clearly organized, accurately labeled, version-controlled, and easily accessible to teams across locations
  • Regularly audit and update assets to keep libraries current and relevant
  • Communicate asset updates and usage guidance to internal stakeholders as needed
  • Support request intake, prioritization, and fulfillment related to asset needs

 Brand Operations & Inventory Support 

  • Coordinate and manage physical brand assets, including swag, printed materials, and promotional items
  • Maintain inventory levels, organization, and distribution in support of studio teams, events, and client experiences
  • Support on-site execution needs related to brand materials

Event & Content Support

  • Assist with on-site event logistics as needed
  • Support occasional content capture at events, including coordination of photography and video resources
  • Ensure captured content is properly organized, labeled, and stored within asset systems for future use

Collaboration & Brand Alignment

  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, studio, operations, and leadership teams
  • Ensure all outputs reflect the company’s voice, tone, and visual identity
  • Participate in brand and marketing initiatives that require precise execution and consistency
  • Stay informed on industry standards and cultural trends as they relate to brand relevance (operational awareness, not trend-driven ideation)
Requirements

CRITICAL

  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and attention-to-detail 
  • Ability to manage multiple asset requests while meeting deadlines
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working across teams and locations
  • High level of reliability and follow-through in an operational marketing role

CREATIVE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
  • Experience executing marketing assets such as presentations, event materials, digital graphics, print-ready files, etc. 
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately within established brand guidelines

PHYSICAL

  • Frequently uses manual dexterity to type, use computer for extended periods of time
  • Frequently remains stationary for long periods of time, but may be standing or walking throughout campus as events need dictate
  • Occasional lifting and moving boxes or event materials up to 30 lbs.

Work Environment

  • Fulltime, on-site role based at the Lititz campus
  • Collaborative work with hybrid team members across locations
  • Occasional on-site event support outside typical desk work and business hours
