Pannos Marketing is seeking an experienced Account Executive with agency or financial industry experience to join our fast-paced, creative, and client-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building trusted client relationships, translating business goals into effective marketing strategies, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver work that drives results. The Account Executive plays a key role in strengthening client partnerships, ensuring account health, and identifying opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships through regular communication and a deep understanding of each client’s business goals and priorities
- Lead internal kickoff meetings and ongoing collaboration, translating client objectives into clear, actionable direction for creative, media, development, and content teams
- Manage campaigns and initiatives from planning through execution, overseeing timelines, budgets, approvals, and performance tracking to ensure work delivers against agreed-upon goals
- Develop and present client-facing materials, including strategic briefs, status updates, creative reviews, performance recaps, and planning recommendations
- Partner closely with creative and digital teams to ensure work is strategically sound, on brand, and delivered on time and on budget
- Proactively manage scope, priorities, and expectations, identifying risks, changes, and opportunities early and communicating clearly with both clients and internal teams
- Anticipate client needs and contribute strategic recommendations that support client growth, retention, and long-term success
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with agency leadership to support organic growth efforts
- Stay informed on client industries, competitors, and marketing trends, bringing relevant insights that reinforce Pannos Marketing’s role as a strategic partner
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of agency, marketing, or client-facing experience (financial services experience is a plus)
- Strong ability to manage multiple clients and priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and accountability
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Working knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels
- A strategic, proactive mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Comfort working with budgets, performance metrics, and marketing results
- Bonus points for experience with analytics or marketing measurement tools
