• Perform nursing services, treatments, and diagnostic procedures as assigned, under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Observe, record, and report patient symptoms, reactions and changes.
• Perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, or preventative nursing care.
• One to one care for a pediatric patient and a dependent adult patient
• Participate in quarterly in-service learning sessions and team forums

Shift

• 8 hour Sat & Sun shifts
• Th & F 5pm to 10pm shifts
• PT up to 26 hours per week

• Must have a current CA - LVN license
• Must have current CPR certification
• Access to reliable transportation
• New Grads are welcome, we can train
• One year of experience preferred
• Pediatric/ Dependent Adult experience and/or home health experience preferred
• Base access preferred
• Pay depends on overall experience level
