About the Role
The Senior Analyst, Marketing Operations is a hands-on individual contributor who pairs deep technical MOps skill with a genuine curiosity for what AI and automation can unlock. This isn't a role where you follow a runbook. It's one where you build better runbooks, automate the ones that shouldn't need a human, and constantly look for smarter ways to get results.
Day-to-day, you'll be in the platform building campaigns, troubleshooting integrations, refining lead scoring logic, and maintaining the data that powers our go-to-market engine. But you'll also be the person who prototypes an AI-driven workflow on a Friday because you noticed a bottleneck on a Tuesday.
You'll work closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and GTM Ops to keep campaign operations running cleanly, improving lead management and funnel accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Systems & AI-Powered Automation: Build, configure, and optimize campaigns and workflows within the marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), maintaining tight integration with Salesforce and the broader GTM stack. Hands-on test and implement AI/ML capabilities, including smart segmentation, predictive lead scoring, AI-assisted content personalization, and send-time optimization, to continuously improve performance.
- Campaign Operations & Intelligent Workflows: Build and QA campaigns end-to-end, including list pulls, email builds, landing pages, nurture logic, and reporting setup. Proactively automate repetitive steps, experiment with AI-driven testing frameworks, and develop self-healing data workflows that reduce manual overhead.
- Lead Management & Predictive Funnel Design: Manage the day-to-day mechanics of lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle stage progression. Test and iterate on predictive scoring models, integrate intent-based signals, and apply AI-enriched qualification logic in close collaboration with Sales and RevOps.
- Data Governance & Enrichment: Maintain data quality, compliance, and consistency across marketing and GTM systems through hands-on auditing, normalization, and hygiene workflows. Evaluate, implement, and monitor AI-powered enrichment and cleansing tools to keep the database accurate with minimal manual intervention.
- Process Innovation & Cross-Functional Impact: Partner with GTM Operations to identify workflow bottlenecks and build scalable solutions, not just flag them. Leverage no-code/low-code platforms and AI tools to prototype, test, and ship process improvements that create real operational leverage.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Operations or related GTM Operations roles within SaaS or B2B technology companies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Marketo (or similar automation tools), Salesforce, Clay, Pocus, LeanData, and other marketing tools.
- Demonstrated curiosity and applied experience with AI/ML tools in a marketing or operations context, whether that's using GPT-based tools for workflow automation, experimenting with predictive models, or building AI-assisted processes.
- Proven track record of improving funnel performance and driving operational efficiencies across marketing and sales teams.
- Deep understanding of lead management, data operations, campaign measurement, and attribution models.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, low-ego mindset..
Preferred (not required):
- Experience working in DevOps, SaaS, or high-growth B2B technology environments.
- Familiarity with sales/marketing alignment frameworks (e.g., MQL/SQL lifecycle, funnel modeling).
- Hands-on experience with AI-native tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or custom LLM integrations in a business or marketing context.
- Comfort working in a matrixed, remote-first organization.
- A portfolio, write-up, or examples of creative problem-solving or process innovation in a prior role is a strong plus.
What Sets You Apart
You don't just maintain systems, you question them. You're the person who sees a 12-step manual process and immediately thinks about how to reduce it to 3 steps, or zero. You're energized by AI's potential to transform marketing operations, and you're already experimenting with it. You balance creative thinking with operational rigor, and you're not afraid to pitch a bold idea in a room full of stakeholders.
