Position Overview - We are seeking an experienced Client Associate to support an advisor transitioning into independent wealth management space. This role is critical to the day-to-day operations of the practice and will serve as a key partner to the advisor in delivering a high-touch, white-glove client experience. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and takes pride in getting things done efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting advisors, is comfortable working remotely, and brings strong familiarity with Fidelity’s platform and independent firm workflows.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end account openings, transfers, and maintenance, with a heavy focus on Fidelity workflows
- Process time-sensitive money movement, including wires and transfers, with a high degree of accuracy
- Serve as a primary operational support partner to the advisor
- Confidently handle phone-based client interactions, including complex or sensitive requests
- Manage all client service and account administration, including:
- Account openings and maintenance
- Money movement (wires, journals, transfers)
- Custodian coordination and follow-up
- Required documentation and paperwork processing
- Act as a reliable point of contact for client-related operational requests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (Wealthbox experience preferred)
- Execute and manage ongoing task workflows to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Support client meeting preparation as needed (reports, documents, follow-ups)
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation processes, and operational efficiency
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Several years of experience (4+) in wealth management, RIA, or financial services
- Experience as a Client Associate, Senior Client Associate, or similar role
- Registration preferred (Series 7/63 or 66)
- Deep familiarity with custodial platforms (Fidelity strongly preferred)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - you notice issues before they become problems
- Comfortable working independently
- Confident but collaborative communication style
- Someone who wants to own this role long-term, not transition into an advisor track
