SetPoint Medical’s Patient Engagement Manager is responsible for architecting and scaling a comprehensive patient engagement function within the organization. This role drives the vision, strategy, and execution of patient-centric programs that support device adoption, adherence, long-term outcomes, and brand trust. This role acts as a critical bridge between patients, healthcare providers, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that patient needs, experiences, and insights drive decision-making. 


Requirements

•Lead patient engagement programs that support onboarding, adherence, and long-term therapy usage, while aligning with regulatory requirements and commercial strategy.

•Own and develop a comprehensive patient lifecycle for SetPoint Therapy by mapping and optimizing patient journeys, identifying friction points and improving conversion, activation, adherence, and satisfaction.

•Build a scalable SetPoint Activator program, including hiring and managing personnel, establishing workflows, monitoring satisfaction and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance patient and provider experience.

•Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop patient-facing websites, testimonials, educational webinars, GEO/SEO strategy, and other omnichannel engagement programs.

•Establish and maintain a consistent content ecosystem for patient storytelling that is empathetic, plain-language, and clinically accurate.

•Partner with health care providers to align awareness with provider workflows to ensure patient experience is seamless across various stakeholders.

•Utilize patient market research to develop segmentation strategies and to design data-driven patient engagement programs.

•Partner with broader commercial and product development teams to incorporate patient feedback into product design, labeling, instructions for use, and other design improvements.

•Develop and manage patient advisory boards, ambassador programs, and partnerships with advocacy groups.

•Establish training standards and patient-centered communication guidelines.

•Foster a culture of empathy, accountability, and continuous improvement within all patient-facing interactions.


Minimum Qualifications: 

•Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or marketing, or related field.

•5+ years of experience in consumer/lifecycle marketing in healthcare, or related roles.

•Strong understanding of regulated healthcare environments and compliant patient communications.

•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy-driven skills.

•Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications: 

•Experience overseeing social media strategies and campaigns that enhance brand visibility while fostering a community of users. 

•Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent).


Physical Requirements: 

•Ability to perform routine physical tasks, including lifting to 20 pounds.

•Comfortable working in a sitting position and performing repetitive tasks.


Work Location and Travel: 

•This position can be remote or located at the company headquarters in Valencia, CA 

•Ability to travel within US (up to 25%).

$130k-$165k / yr Depending on Experience
