We are hiring a Yard Hand to support our yard and service operations in Owensboro, KY. This role is all about hard work, teamwork, and taking pride in doing things the right way.

Major Responsibilities:

• Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks.
• Support equipment technicians with basic tasks, tool organization, and shop upkeep.
• Clean, paint, and detail equipment in accordance with the standards of our Ascend Extend Program.
• Deliver and pickup parts or materials from vendors and job sites.
• Check equipment in and out, using proper documentation.
• Maintain an organized inventory system, logging and labelling parts and tools accurately.
• Perform general yard maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb on and off equipment, and work in an outdoor environment.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
