Child Focus is a leading provider of behavioral health services for children, youth, and families across Southwest Ohio. We are seeking a full-time, year-round Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS) to join our Juvenile Court Intensive Home-Based Team, delivering trauma-informed services where they matter most: homes, schools, and communities.
This role is ideal for someone who believes in team-based work, early intervention, rehabilitation over punishment, and meeting youth where they are—both emotionally and geographically.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and group behavioral health services to youth involved with the juvenile court system
- Deliver services in real-world settings, including homes, schools, and community locations
- Work alongside probation officers and participate in court hearings, contributing a mental health perspective within the justice system
- Connect youth and families to community resources and collaborate closely with schools and other service providers
