Marketing Design Intern
Summer 2026 - May 2027
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Helps with designing and creating promotional materials including instore signage, displays and advertisements.
- Supports in the production and editing of videos and photos.
- Create and occasionally publish engaging content across all social media platforms as directed.
- Stay updated on the latest design and social medial trends.
- Promotes University Book Store at events as needed.
- Work with the Marketing Supervisor on various projects.
- Performs all additional duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As needed will attend events as a University Book Store representative.
- Acts as the store mascot “Booky” as needed.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background using InDesign and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Illustrator is a plus.
- Familiar with major social media platforms.
- Photography experience a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Salary Description
$14.00 per hour
