Job Title: NOC Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NOC Engineer I to join our Network Operations Center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor network performance, alarms, telemetry. 
• Respond to alerts/incidents and escalations in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and outages
• Document and escalate issues as necessary
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
• Maintain accurate records of network configurations and changes
• Document tickets and resolutions
• Provide support for network maintenance and upgrades

Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and software
• Shift Flexibility (24x7 coverage)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Education and Experience:

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• 2–5 years of NOC experience
• Previous experience in a technical support or network operations role is advantageous but not required
