Job Title: OSP / ISP Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced OSP / ISP Supervisor to lead and manage telecom infrastructure projects involving outside plant and inside plant networks. The ideal candidate will oversee field operations, ensure quality and safety compliance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise OSP/ISP installation, cabling, fiber splicing, and testing activities. 
• Manage field technicians, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety, compliance and quality standards.
• Track project timelines, materials, and workforce allocation.
• Troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues when required.
• Maintain documentation and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project managers for smooth execution.
   

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in OSP/ISP or telecom network projects.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optics, structured cabling, and telecom standards.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• OSHA, BICSI preferred 
• Outside/Inside Plant experience.
