Job Title:  Fiber Technician (Splicing / Testing) 

Job Summary:

 We are seeking a skilled Fiber Technician responsible for fiber optic splicing, testing, and troubleshooting of telecom networks. The role involves fieldwork, ensuring high-quality installations and maintaining network performance standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fiber splicing, termination, testing and cable routing.
• Conduct OTDR and power meter testing.
• Identify and resolve fiber faults and signal issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and test reports.
• Follow safety and quality standards on site.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in fiber splicing/testing.
• Knowledge of OTDR, fusion splicing, and fiber tools.
• Willingness to travel and work in field environments.
• Basic technical or telecom certification preferred.
