Job Title: Ticket Coordinator
Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Ticket Coordinator to manage high-volume ticket workflows and support field operations. The role focuses on timely ticket processing, assignment coordination, and compliance tracking to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage incoming service/work tickets.
- Coordinate field assignments with technicians and supervisors.
- Review, assign, and track 811 locate tickets.
- Maintain accurate ticket records and status updates.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely closures.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with high-volume ticket management systems.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Good communication and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools preferred.
- Prior experience in 811 ticket processing, telecom, or utility coordination is plus.
