Job Title: Ticket Coordinator


Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Ticket Coordinator to manage high-volume ticket workflows and support field operations. The role focuses on timely ticket processing, assignment coordination, and compliance tracking to ensure smooth operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage incoming service/work tickets. 
  • Coordinate field assignments with technicians and supervisors.
  • Review, assign, and track 811 locate tickets.
  • Maintain accurate ticket records and status updates.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely closures.
     

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with high-volume ticket management systems.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools preferred.
  •  Prior experience in 811 ticket processing, telecom, or utility coordination is plus.
