Milford Mining Company operates mining and mineral processing facilities in Utah, producing critical metals through oxide and sulfide processing methods, including crushing, grinding, flotation, acid leach, solvent extraction, and electrowinning. What We Look For

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with MSHA regulations 
• Relevant experience in mining, mineral processing, heavy industrial, or similar environments (preferred) 
• Willingness to work in a hands-on, operations-focused environment 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills 
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to reliably and consistently work on scheduled days and at scheduled times

Work Environment

• Depending on area of interest, the work environment will be office, plant, and/or field work in an office, active mining, and/or mineral processing environment 
• May require working extended hours, weekends, or holidays depending on operational needs 
• Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments, often around heavy equipment and industrial processes
