SUMMARY

Represent Advanced Power Systems in all activities in assigned territory. Provide superior customer satisfaction by

providing unique, innovative solutions with the customer needs in mind at all times.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Introducing the customer to Advanced Power Systems and what we have to offer in terms of business solutions

Promote Service Programs tailored to match the needs of each respective customer

Promote Parts sales to customers within your territory

Promote rental business within your territory.

Define Target Accounts and Measure performance towards those Target Accounts

Maintain all existing Advanced Power System customers

Work closely with Service Manager, Service Technicians and Sales Team

Duties and Responsibilities may evolve based on the changing needs of the company and job

Flexibility is required as task and responsibilities may shift depending on current company objectives

Requirements

SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • PSR Representatives must possess their own clean, safe vehicle to conduct business
  • Honesty and integrity are an absolute must for a PSR Representative
  • A desire to meet or exceed customers’ expectations is essential to a PSR Representative
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are necessary
  • PSR Representatives have an ability to interact with all departments within our dealership
  • PSR Representatives will need to manage conflict and possess solid Negotiation Skills
  • PSR Representatives will need to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • PSR Representatives will always dress professionally and appropriately
  • PSR Representatives will generate growth in the areas of Parts, Service and Rental within their territory
  • PSR Representative must have a good understanding of Time and Territory Management Skills

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

3+ years’ experience in Material Handling Equipment/Battery, Chargers, Floor Cleaning

Industrial Sales Experience Preferred


EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

Must have a current unrestricted driver’s license


WORK CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk and talk or hear. The employee is

occasionally required to stand and sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision

abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability

to adjust focus.
