Executive Coordinator and Backup Receptionist

Darling Consulting Group (DCG) is a leading national provider of consulting services and software solutions to the banking industry and consistently voted Boston Globe Top Places to Work. As DCG continues to grow, we are expanding our Administration Department and seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Coordinator and Backup Receptionist. 

This role provides administrative support to DCG consultants, while also serving as backup coverage for the front desk. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide correspondence support and document preparation for DCG Consultants
  • Produce and format client-facing materials and presentations
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage and coordinate client meeting calendars
  • Assist with travel arrangements
  • Provide front desk and receptionist support as needed, including greeting visitors and answering phones
Requirements


Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • General knowledge of office operations and standard office equipment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing administrative/receptionist needs
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
