Requirements

 

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS, real estate technology, or a similar environment

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Comfort with technology platforms including CRM systems, ticketing tools, and client communication software

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy

• Ability to work independently while supporting a broader team

• Familiarity with A2P 10DLC compliance, MLS integrations, or lead management systems is a plus
