Job Description: The Market Support Team Member role provides operational and technical support for all micromarket locations. This position focuses on field execution, customer service, and product presentation. This team member play a vital role in ensuring each market is fully stocked, visually appealing, and technically functional, while supporting company standards for quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

Market Operations

• Perform market inventory counts and maintain accurate product records.
• Execute market installations, including kiosk setup and product placement.
• Provide route coverage and holiday support as needed to maintain service continuity.

Technical Support

• Deliver first-line technical support for kiosks and associated technology.
• Identify and escalate unresolved technical issues to the Micromarket Support Lead.

Merchandising & Presentation

• Execute re-plannograms and ensure accurate product placement.
• Conduct tastings and product demos to support sales and customer engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of market spaces.

Communication & Teamwork

• Collaborate with the Market Support Lead and other team members to ensure operational consistency.
• Provide feedback on field performance, market conditions, and customer needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, food service, or micromarket operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical aptitude for troubleshooting kiosk systems and related equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel to market sites.
