Job Description: The Market Support Team Member role provides operational and technical support for all micromarket locations. This position focuses on field execution, customer service, and product presentation. This team member play a vital role in ensuring each market is fully stocked, visually appealing, and technically functional, while supporting company standards for quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
Market Operations
- Perform market inventory counts and maintain accurate product records.
- Execute market installations, including kiosk setup and product placement.
- Provide route coverage and holiday support as needed to maintain service continuity.
Technical Support
- Deliver first-line technical support for kiosks and associated technology.
- Identify and escalate unresolved technical issues to the Micromarket Support Lead.
Merchandising & Presentation
- Execute re-plannograms and ensure accurate product placement.
- Conduct tastings and product demos to support sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of market spaces.
Communication & Teamwork
- Collaborate with the Market Support Lead and other team members to ensure operational consistency.
- Provide feedback on field performance, market conditions, and customer needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, food service, or micromarket operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting kiosk systems and related equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel to market sites.
