Job Title: Traffic Control CDL Driver
Location: New York City

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Traffic Control CDL Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for transporting traffic control equipment to and from job sites and assisting with the setup and breakdown of traffic control zones throughout New York State.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate CDL vehicles to transport traffic control equipment (cones, barrels, signs, barricades, arrow boards, lane closures, etc.)
   
• Load and unload equipment (must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs)
   
• Set up and maintain safe work zones in accordance with DOT and company standards
   
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
   
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and yard area
   
• Follow all state, DOT, and company safety regulations
   
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors on job sites
   

Requirements:

• Valid CDL
   
• Clean New York State driving record
   
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly
   
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
   
• Strong attention to safety and detail
   
• Traffic control experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
