The Role You’ll Play

The CCBHC Specialist serves as a subject matter expert and operational lead for our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) program. This position supports compliance, coordination, and performance monitoring of CCBHC services while partnering closely with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.


  

Position Scope


The CCBHC Specialist serves as a subject matter expert and operational lead for the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) program. This role supports compliance, coordination, and performance monitoring of CCBHC services without formal supervisory authority. The CCBHC Lead collaborates with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to ensure adherence to CCBHC requirements, supports quality improvement initiatives, and assists with data tracking, reporting, and process improvement.


   

Essential Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary point of contact and internal resource for CCBHC requirements, standards, and workflows.

· Support ongoing compliance with federal and state CCBHC regulations, including documentation, service delivery, and reporting requirements.

· Coordinate with clinical and operational departments to ensure CCBHC service components are implemented consistently.

· Assist with monitoring performance metrics, outcomes, and quality indicators related to CCBHC services.

· Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or other management personnel. 


Requirements

Required:

  •   Post-secondary education in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field (bachelor’s degree Preferred). 
  • Experience in behavioral health, quality, or compliance.
  • Working knowledge of CCBHC requirements and integrated care models strongly preferred.
  • Experience with quality improvement, audits, data tracking, or compliance activities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across programs without direct supervisory authority.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs) and reporting systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
     

Preferred:

  • Experience with CCBHC demonstration or expansion programs
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and person-centered care models
  • Experience supporting grant-funded or federally regulated programs
Salary Description
$70,000 - $80,000/year
