Description:

As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll play a role in driving the success of a Fortune 1 retailer’s social media marketing tactics. You will be part of a customer-obsessed team dedicated to delivering social tactics, training, and support that enables retail stores to manage a revolutionary social presence. You will be in a client-facing role that regularly works with external stakeholders to ensure that their objectives are being met by the technical development that you help oversee. You will partner with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams to support the development of applications with thousands of users. By taking on this role, you will contribute to a unique social program and help grow your skill set as a project manager.

• Understanding business objectives to write and gather business requirements for web/mobile applications and data science projects.
• Partnering with Client Solutions, Engineering and Data Science teams to define detailed timelines, key dates, and work schedules for software development.
• Managing project status updates for a variety of client stakeholders and ensuring delivery of technical projects alongside an agreed-upon schedule.
• Ensuring cross-functional alignment across internal technical teams.
• Supporting the engineering and data science teams’ Scrum processes.

• 5+ years of technical project or program management experience. Social media and marketing experience is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite and Google Suite skills.
• Experience working with Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with writing business and functional requirements.
• Ability to develop, communicate, and successfully implement projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Effective time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. 
• Strong work ethic. Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding, and fun entrepreneurial environment.

Pay Rate:

$100,000-$125,000 base salary
