Manthey Hospitality is hiring Deckhands for our Nashville Riverboats brand. This safety-sensitive role is essential to vessel operations, passenger safety, and maintaining the polished presentation of our dining and sightseeing cruises.

What You’ll Do
- Support the Captain with line handling, docking, and navigation duties
- Ensure passenger safety during boarding, cruising, and disembarking
- Maintain vessel cleanliness (decks, restrooms, public spaces, exterior)
- Assist with mooring, fueling, potable water intake, and waste removal
- Participate in required safety drills and emergency procedures
- Perform routine maintenance including washing, painting, and detailing
What You Bring
- Must be 18+ with valid state-issued ID
- Ability to swim 100 yards and tread water for 3 minutes
- Physically able to lift, carry, and assist passengers in emergencies
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work long, flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays)
- Team-oriented with strong situational awareness
- High school diploma
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random USCG drug and alcohol testing
