The Putney School is seeking a part-time Marketing Content Coordinator to begin work as soon as possible. The Marketing Content Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications and is responsible for developing compelling content that captures the ethos of our School and elevates our presence across multiple platforms by documenting life on campus, crafting engaging narratives, and publishing content across all our marketing channels. Schedule of 10 hours per week, in-person and mostly during regular business hours, with occasional evening and weekend work.

Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos at school events, games, classes, and activities around campus.
- Develop, write, edit, and post engaging content for various marketing channels including Putney's website, social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Assist with administrative marketing tasks such as organizing files, managing workflows, and tracking projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Good visual eye for capturing content with basic photography and videography skills.
- Excellent short- and long-form writing skills with the ability to adjust styles for different audiences.
- Experience in content creation with social media savvy.
- Experience with tools such Canva, Wordpress, Sprout, and Hootsuite preferred.
- Ability to pass a criminal-background check and authorization to work in the United States are required.
- The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset with attention to detail, a passion for storytelling, good communication and organization skills, and the ability to work well with colleagues and adolescents, as well as independently.
