Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator to provide strategic management over project tasks including zoning research, and payment processing. This role is responsible for maintaining internal systems and tasks that align with project deadlines. 

• Provides support to multiple project managers and projects
• Researches information for all zoning, planning, permitting and business licenses
• Works and maintains in various applications 
• Processes invoices and change orders
• Coordinates accounts receivable with clients 
• Creates and maintains internal systems for project management and business management
• Maintains Power BI data bases
• Other duties as assigned  

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Highschool diploma or equivalent

Experience: 2+ years of related experience

Core Competencies

• Ability to document existing and new processes
• Ability to perform accurately in a detailed orientated environment
• Ability to meet project deadlines
• Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of design, construction process and model coordination
• Familiar with various scheduling software and logic
