Description

We are seeking a friendly and courteous Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for greeting, registering, and servicing guests in a professional and sustainable manner according to hotel/brand and sustainability standards.


Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome and provide them with information about hotel amenities and services

- Register guests by obtaining necessary information and verifying their payment method

- Provide guests with room keys and directions to their rooms

- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Follow sustainability standards and procedures to minimize the hotel's impact on the environment

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Hilton experience preferred
