Restaurant Server – Job Description

Your Mission:
Deliver memorable dining experiences by making every guest feel welcome, valued, and well taken care of. You’ll set the tone for the restaurant, anticipate guest needs, and ensure each meal is smooth, safe, and satisfying.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Take food and beverage orders with accuracy and care.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, professionally, and with a smile.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and inviting.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including safe serve practices.
• Handle guest inquiries or concerns quickly and courteously.
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding service every shift.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy setting.
• Knowledge of food safety and safe serve standards, or willingness to learn.
• Great attention to detail and organization.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Positive, adaptable, and eager to support the team.
