The Marketing Manager is responsible for building and operating BH’s marketing execution engine. This role ensures consistent execution, clear accountability, and measurable impact across brand, performance, content, and product marketing. They own day-to-day prioritization, campaign coordination, team management, and cross-functional alignment with Growth, Partnerships, and Development. This role builds systems, removes bottlenecks, and provides weekly performance visibility to leadership.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. Must overlap at least 6 working hours with Eastern US time.

Salary starting at $108,000

 Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or marketing management

• Proven experience building or improving marketing workflows and processes

• Experience managing multiple contributors or contractors

• Strong project management and prioritization skills

• Comfortable working with performance metrics and reporting weekly results

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating within EOS or similar accountability frameworks

• Background in B2B or hosting / SaaS environments

• Experience scaling small marketing teams

• Strong analytical literacy and ability to interpret funnel performance data
